Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of shipment.

Invoice Total must be paid in full and upfront.

Payment must be secured prior to tendering the shipment to the carrier, otherwise, the order will not be shipped.

Cut-off time is 3:30 PM EST.

Minimum Order

There is a$250 minimum order for all shipped orders.

Shipping Information

For FedEx or UPS shipments, next-day air service is used. We use the best option available at the moment of shipping and offer our access to lower rates with Fedex. We create the labels and include the freight charges into the invoice.

For airport shipments, a $30 truck transport fee is charged per box to deliver the boxes to South West Cargo at FLL airport. These shipments depend on truck space availability and may be rescheduled within 48 hours prior to the shipment date. Airport shipments are sent “freight collect,” meaning it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the shipment promptly from the airline.

Live Arrival Policy

DOA’s must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear pictures must be provided.

Shipments should be Accepted and never rejected regardless of the delivery circumstances, otherwise it will void our live arrival policy.

Losses because of delays or delivery issues due to the carrier’s fault are not the responsibility of SCFK.

For accepted claims, we will issue a refund or a customer credit to be applied to future orders.

Shipping charges and packing materials are non-refundable.
