Shipping Information

• We pack and ship orders Monday through Thursday via FedEx or UPS.
• We will use the email address on file to send tracking information and shipment updates after creating the label.
• We can also ship airport-to-airport via South-West Cargo from the Fort Lauderdale airport or via American Airlines from the Miami Airport,  on Tuesdays only (Subject to ground transport availability to FLL or MIA) There is an additional per-box truck fee for delivery to MIA or FLL.
• Heat packs or Ice packs will be added to the boxes as needed.
